I really, really like shrimp. It is a good protein. So many great ways to use shrimp. You can boil it and dip in cocktail sauce, as an appetizer or as a main dish. You can put grilled shrimp in tacos.

A beautiful wedding reception I went to a couple of years ago, served a huge choice of wonderful dishes . Along with several main dishes, there were five different types of macaroni and cheese served, one of them was a shrimp macaroni and cheese. Yummm, absolutely delicious.
